Over her career, Ginni has served as EVP Leadership Development for an International Real Estate Franchise Sales Company, and branch manager for multiple real estate franchises in two states. Additionally, Ginni continues to teach National Association of REALTORS® designation and certification programs for real estate associations throughout the United States. She also works with small real estate companies in consulting relationships and with real estate professionals in one-on-one coaching. Ginni has been a real estate and life coach as well as mentor since 1990. She feels her greatest asset is her ability to connect to her clients and help them discover their greatest potential. She is passionate about helping people achieve their goals. As a real estate consultant, Ginni has worked with company leadership at a number of real estate companies helping them grow their businesses through strategic implementation of systems, structure and organizational plans.

Michael Brooks

Michael W. Brooks is a tax attorney focusing on the taxation of non-US citizens who invest in the United States. He received a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from American University in 1994, and a Legum Magister (LL.M.) in Taxation from New York University in 1995. He currently lives and practices in Palm Springs, California, where he grew up and where his family has resided for over 40 years. He is the founder and President of DIRECTS, a tax firm in Palm Desert, California, which focuses exclusively on the tax issues incident to the sale of U.S./California real estate by non-U.S. citizen/residents, and which assists escrow companies throughout the state of California by obtaining ITIN’s for their non-US clients, and by preparing the tax forms required from the real estate sale by non-US sellers, including the IRS Forms 8222-B and 1040NR, and the California Forms 593.

Tony is a devoted advocate of Real Estate as a profession and strives to help Agents balance life with profit. Licensed in Victoria, British Columbia Canada since 1991, he his a perennial Top Producer of his office, in the local market and also globally as a Diamond Club member of RE/MAX International. Tony was the President of the Victoria Real Estate Board in 2008 and has worked on the Provincial and National levels of organized Real Estate, including his current tenure as an Instructor for the British Columbia Real Estate Association and as a member of the Canadian Real Estate Association's Global committee. He is a Certified Coach for Richard Robbins International, Canada's largest Real Estate training organization and is the President of the Vancouver Chapter of the Asian Real Estate Association of America.
